Job Description As Ballarat’s commercial property market experiences growth, Colliers is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our Ballarat Sales & Leasing team. You will play a key role in driving sales success while managing important client relationships and commercial transactions. What you will do: Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and ‘hunter’ attitude Source, negotiate, and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish Conduct property inspections, market presentations, and client negotiations Provide expert market knowledge, advice, and strategic sales solutions to clients Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage, brochures, online campaigns, Information Memorandums, and videos) Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture
